Cancellation and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with S&G Kustom Teez. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@SNGKustomTeez.com and include your order number.

 

After the 15-minute cancellation period has passed, an order cannot be canceled because it may have entered processing or fulfillment. Cancellation requests received after that time may not be accepted.

 

If an eligible cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund, less a 35% re-stocking fee to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, incorrect size or color selection, ordering the wrong item, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at Info@sngkustomteex.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the report and, where appropriate, determine an available resolution in accordance with applicable law.
